Stadium Concerts

Stadium Concerts with The Perfect Limo and Sedan

Nowhere is as popular of a place for concerts as Southern California — particularly during the summer and fall. Here, we take a look at some of the coolest concert venues in Southern California…and the most popular summer and fall concerts that they hosted in 2016!

Irvine Meadows Amphitheater (Irvine, CA)

This beautiful outdoor concert venue is perfect for music festivals and reliving your favorite bands from back in the day as well as enjoying current artists rocketing up the charts. Think we’re kidding? Think again — Irvine Meadows has, in the past, hosted the beloved Lollapalooza music festival, and this year hosted Blink-182, A Day To Remember, and All Time Low — all blasts from the past for fans of the mid-2000s era of rock and punk music! — as part of high-profile career revivals for both Blink-182 and All Time Low.

The Staples Center (Los Angeles, CA)

In addition to being one of the most famous entertainment venues in the United States, the Staples Center is also one of the most flexible — hosting tons of sports, community, and concert events over the years in downtown Los Angeles. This year’s biggest concert for the big name stadium? British queen songstress, Adele, sold out almost immediately when her August 5 concert tickets went live for her first concert series in the United States in nearly five years.

The Forum (Inglewood, CA)

The Forum is a large multipurpose indoor stadium and arena located in Inglewood, California, right next to Los Angeles. Dedicated primarily to live shows and musical concerts, this particular venue draws a lot of big name stars . . . making it perfect for those looking to beat the summer heat with some fun concerts — but a little removed from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles traffic. Just this past week, The Forum hosted Kanye West as part of his The Saint Pablo Tour.

The Microsoft Theater (Los Angeles, CA)

The Microsoft Theater is an intriguing combination of both concert arena, event venue, and movie theater, housing both one of the United States largest indoor arenas (with up to 7100 seats!) as well as a Regal Cinemas movie theater. This makes it the perfect venue both for entertainment seekers on a budget and those with a little extra to splurge on televised events or concerts by their favorite artists, such as the Snoop Dogg Puff Puff Pass Tour coming up in December of this year.

The Honda Center (Anaheim, CA)

Right next to Disneyland is one of Southern California’s biggest multipurpose event centers. As home to the National Hockey League’s (NHL) Anaheim Ducks, the Honda Center hosts events perfect for the biggest music enthusiasts as well as sports fanatics all year round … but especially during the summer. The Honda Center’s indoor arena will also be hosting Kanye West as part of his The Saint Pablo Tour in late November of this year!
